Carla and Dr. Len Ho’oponopono Class

Ho’oponopono means, “to make right,” or “to rectify an error.” , with the divinity. I met Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len in the year 2000 when I took the first class. He was peaceful and simple.
At that time, I did not understand Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len on his lecture. However, I decided to trust him and do the hooponopono process
anyway.

My life has changed in many ways since this event. Ho’oponopono is a process that is simple. As he said: “If I make it harder, you would be more interested.” Ho’oponopono is about forgiveness, is about talking responsibility, and is about discovering your real self and connecting with the divinity.

As Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len explained about Ho’oponopono: : That’s the beauty of this. You don’t have to understand. It’s like the Internet. You don’t understand all this! You just go to the Divinity, and you say, “Can we download?” and the Divinity downloads, and then you get the necessary information. But because we don’t know who we are, we never download directly from the Light. We go outside.”It’s an inside job.” If you want to be successful, it’s an inside job. Work on yourself!:

How Ho’oponopono works

According to Morrnah she explains:

We are the sum total of our experiences, which is to say that we are burdened by our pasts. When we experience stress or fear in our lives, if we would look carefully, we would find that the cause is actually a memory. It is the emotions which are tied to these memories which affect us now. The subconscious associates an action or person in the present with something that happened in the past. When this occurs, emotions are activated and stress is produced.”
“The main purpose of this process is to discover the Divinity within oneself”

Conclusion

Ho’oponopono is a profound gift which allows one to develop a working relationship with the Divinity within and learn to ask that in each moment, our errors in thought, word, deed or action be cleansed. The process is essentially about freedom, complete freedom from the past.
